Parkinson’s disease: Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a long-term degenerative disorder with the symptoms of shaking, rigidity, slowness of movement, difficulty walking. The symptoms come on slowly over time. The cause of PD is unknown, but relative with genetic and environmental factors.

Breast Cancer: Breast cancer develops from breast tissue. The signs of breast cancer may include a lump in the breast, a change in breast shape, etc. Obesity, female, lack of physical exercise, drinking alcohol are the risk factors of breast cancer.

Chronic Kidney Disease: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is the damage of kidney and not able to filter blood. Diabetes and high pressure are the most common causes of it

AID:  Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDs) is caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. HIV infects vital cells in the human immune system, causes failure of the immune system allows life-threatening opportunistic infections and cancers to thrive.

  1. Hi Vera – Looking at breast cancer will be easier if you focus on a specific mutation like the BRCA1, BRCA2 mutations. Kidney disease is broad and multifactorial, but polycystic kidney disease (connected to the PKD1 gene) would be more focused.
